Press Release Summary: Magnify.net Releases Embeddable Video Player to Share Content
from Magnify Channels Across the Social Web

Press Release Body: NEW YORK - April 18, 2008 - As more and more destination sites
realize the value of adding themed or curated video content into their sites and
blogs, Magnify.net continues to provide unique, brandable, and extensible site
building tools and video discovery solutions.

Today Magnify.net announced its first off-site, portable video player that features
the content from any topical Magnify video channel with fully integrated social
media features.

The Magnify In-Page Player provides sites with a free video player that features all
of the community features neatly tucked into a portable widget.

Magnify.net puts the power of broadcasting and organizing "themed" online video in
the hands of enterprise organizations and enthusiasts; connecting people around
related content, no matter where it's hosted or stored.

Users can now view a Magnify channel without ever having to leave the blog, social
network profile, or Web site that features the new player. The widget allows users
to view all related content from a designated Magnify video channel and also
comment, share clips, rate, tag, grab the widget for your own page, and more.
Comments, tag, ratings in the widget are saved back at the source.

Magnify plans to release the player in various sizes and with more features in the
near future.

While today's video networks focus on single videos with related content scattered
throughout the network, Magnify.net provides a community-centric video platform that
allows web sites to invite their visitors to both upload and view video from across
the Web, including YouTube, AOL, Yahoo, Veoh and more.

\"We continue to be impressed by the passion and conviction of our channel building
partners," said Magnify.net CEO Steve Rosenbaum. "They are driving innovation in the
video space and we work hard to listen to both their concrete needs and imaginative
dreams. One of the requests we\'ve been hearing for some time is the need to be able
to bring the Magnify.net feature set to a portable player format. Now, we\'re
embarking on that adventure. We expect to release some pretty unique embeddable
solutions in the weeks ahead, and expect that the growth of site-specific video
won\'t slow down anytime soon. That\'s a good thing.\"

Conventional television networks are passive, and large destination viewing video
sites tend to encourage a 'wild west' environment that doesn't link community and
relevant content. But Magnify.net customers become content curators by sharing
things that matter to them.
